Microsoft is currently hiring for this role at Hyderabad, Bangalore and Noida locations, inviting interested graduate candidates to apply for this role in the Hyderabad, Bangalore and Noida regions.​

Job role Responsibilities:

1. You own, investigate and solve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.
2. Collaborate with the team to explore and learn the existing systems.
3. Maintain a high standard of code quality and unit test coverage.
4. Working closely with other developers and design managers, you will assist the development effort in any client-specific customization that is required for individual deployments.

Education Qualification:

Four-year or Graduate Degree in any area, or any other related discipline or appropriate experience

Preferred Language:

Candidates must have excellent communication skills in English, and Knowledge of other regional languages will be an advantage.

Mandatory & Preferred skills:

1.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Office or O365 (Preferred).

2.Must have strong expertise in Exchange Online.

3.If you already have some experience in SharePoint Online and Teams, it would be an added advantage.
