About the Job:
Deloitte is hiring an Associate Services Specialist I to join their Intela Support team. In simple terms, you’ll be handling technical support for about 20 of their internal digital apps, including “Global Intela.” It’s a frontline role where you’ll log tickets, keep users updated, and make sure their software issues get resolved quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Must-haves: You need really good English communication skills, both spoken and written. You should understand basic ITIL concepts and have some background in dealing with customers. Most importantly, you must be willing to work rotating 24/7 shifts (for example, 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, or night shifts).
Nice-to-haves: If you have experience with ServiceNow or Microsoft Azure, that’s a big plus. Any previous L1 application support experience will also give you an edge.
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduate or Bachelor’s degree holder can apply. It definitely helps if your degree is in Computer Science or a related IT field, but it’s not strictly required. You should have between 0 to 2 years of work experience.
