Role Overview: Technical Associate
Currently, Sutherland is looking to hire a detail-oriented and Analytical Associate for the Infrastructure role. In this role, you will be working with various technologies and ensuring smooth operations and supporting our business objectives. This role has been designated as Remote, which means you will work from home only.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance of network systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure and assist in the management.
2. Track how the system is running and resolve problems to keep everything working smoothly.
3. Working closely with other technical and design managers, you will assist the development effort in any client-specific customisation that is required for individual deployments.
Basic Qualifications:
- Four-year or 15 years full-time education in any area, or any other related discipline or appropriate experience.
2. 0-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a similar role
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional skills:
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like
- AWS
- Azure
- Google Cloud
Experience with virtualisation technologies
