Role Overview: Technical Support Engineer
Currently, HPE is looking to hire a Technical Support role. Working with various technologies and helping you to prove your abilities in fast-moving companies like HPE.This role has been designated as Remote, which means you will work from home only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully resolve software and hardware technical issues reported by Internal and External customers and automated monitoring systems.
- Respond to service, product, technical, and customer relations questions on subjects such as product functionality, technical specifications, and repair processes for active and legacy products, components, and options under applicable warranty or support terms.
- Analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimised user experience
Basic Qualifications:
- Four-year or 15 years full-time education in any area, or any other related discipline or appropriate experience.
2. Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
